A: By signing up on our website, you will be able to pay directly by credit card. We can accommodate alternative payment methods such as Interac (etransfer), cheques (CAD only), Paypal, Money Transfer and even virtual currencies. Please contact us to discuss if needed.
Q: Can I use this address as my permanent address?
A: As this is not a residential location, you are not allowed to use this address as your permanent address for identification purposes.

Q: What is the difference between aliases and recipients?
A: Aliases are other names similar to one's primary name. For Robert Johnson, aliases might be Rob Johson or Bob Johnson. For Paradise Canada Incorporated, aliases might be Paradise Inc, Paradise Toronto (if they have a branch in Toronto or use this as business name) or Paradise.ca (if that's their website). Recipient would be a different person, such as a spouse, a friend, or a colleague.
Q: Can I list another company as recipient on the Unlimited plan?
A: While the Unlimited plan can be shared by up to 5 recipients, only one corporation can be listed among those recicipients. A separate account is required for a different company. We offer a 10% discount on additional accounts by the same primary user.
Q: I have signed up for the Value plan for my company. Can I receive mails addressed to my name under the same plan?
A: Yes this is allowed.
Q: Do you charge for discarding junk mail or shredding unneeded letters?
